含有机硅的磷氮系无卤阻燃剂制备研究

摘　　要：采用苯基三氯硅烷和三氯氧磷与三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐缩聚合成了含有机硅的磷氮系无卤阻燃剂。进行了合成条件的优化研究,得到了较佳的制备方法。将自制的阻燃剂用于注塑级聚丙烯,表明具有更好的阻燃性能和力学性能。A kind of halogen-free flame retardant containing phosphorus, nitrogen and organic silicon was prepared from phenyl trichlorosilane,phosphorus oxychloride and melamine cyanurate. By optimizing the synthesis conditions, the best preparation method was determined. Application results of the new flame retardant in polypropylene show that the flame retardant has better flame retardant property and mechanical property.
