摘　　要：某水厂以地下水为水源,主要以去除地下水中的铁和锰为主要任务。为了满足生活及生产用水量的需求,解决系统设施老化陈旧以及运行成本高等问题,对该厂现有处理工艺进行改造。将压力式滤罐改换为重力式无阀滤罐,新建了回收水池,将原回收水池改为清水池。改造后的水厂处理系统稳定、可靠,节约了高运行成本,且符合节能环保的要求,出水水质满足《生活饮用水卫生标准》GB5749-2006。A water plant uses groundwater as its water source, and its main task is to remove iron and manganese in groundwater. In order to meet the need of living and production water, obsolete and aging system facilities need be improved, and high operation problem need be solved, so the water plant has transformed the existing process. At first, the pressure filter tank has been changed to the gravity valveless filter tank, new reclaimed pool has been built, and old reclaimed pool has been changed into the branch water pool. The water treatment system is stable and reliable, saves operation cost atter the transformation, and is also in accordance with the requirements of energy-saving and environmental protection. The effluent quality can meet the drinking water health standards GB5749-2006.
