摘　　要：本文结合梁启超一生复杂的思想发展背景,力图揭示其国家主义思想的基本内核,进而力求在此基础上对其思想价值做一分为二的客观评价,从而肯定其意义,正视其不足,对今日中国的法政建设起到返本开新之效。The thesis try to reveal the main cotent of Nationalism of Liang Qichao firstly, on the basis of his complicated ideological development context, then it makes a comprehensive objective evaluation toward it, finding its significance and indicating its defect, in order to be helpful to the legal construction of PRC.
