大学生参加城镇居民基本医疗保险的影响因素研究——基于南京市六所高校的调查

摘　　要：以南京市六所高校的调研数据为基础,使用二元Logistic模型,对影响大学生参加城镇居民基本医疗保险的影响因素进行了实证研究。研究表明,男性、年保费承受额度高、近一年医疗花费较多的大学生,其参保意愿更加强烈;年级越高的大学生参保概率越低;家庭人均月收入、个人月支出、身体健康状况以及是否愿意参加商业医疗保险等因素与大学生是否参保没有显著相关性。Based on the survey data of six universities in Nanjing city, the study analyzes the factors affecting college students to participate in the basic medical social insurance for urban residents ,with the method of two element Logistic regression model.The research results show that the male students,the students bearing the higher amount of annual insurance premium, or having more medical costs in the nearly year, their willingness to participate in the insurance are more strong. The college students with higher grade have lower participation probability, and the factors of family income per month, monthly expendi- ture, health status and wills to participate in the commercial insurance have no significant correlation with the choices to participate in the insurance.
