摘 要:协调器作为供输弹机的关键部件之一,要求其具有较高的可靠性。基于协调器结构原理,综合运用FMECA(故障模式、危害度分析)和DEMATEL(决策实验室)方法,充分考虑故障模式影响概率的不确定性、危害度计算贡献因子的不同性,以及故障之间的联系与影响程度,对协调器的故障模式、故障原因进行排序,并结合传统危害度法、改进危害度法的比较,找到协调器薄弱环节,为协调器的研制、结构改进和科学维修提供指导意义。The harmony device is one of important parts of auto-loading system, and its high reliability has been required. The priority analysis of failure modes and failure causes for harmony device has been made by failure,effect,and criticality analyses (FMECA) and Decision Making and Trial Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) technique, with fully considering effect probability of failure mode uncertainty,difference of criticality contribution factors,and the links between the failure modes and effects of the harmony device. The weak of harmony device taches are found comparing with the conventional FMECA and improved criticality method. The research fruit can provide guidance for manufacture,structure improvement and servicing of harmony device.
