摘　　要：针对一台进口二手高压均质乳化机频繁维修的情况,对其电气控制要求进行分析,在保证设备功能和生产安全的前提下用三菱FX系列PLC对其电气控制部分进行改造,同时增加了必要的保护措施,不但使该设备安全的投入生产,而且提高了工作效率,取得了较好的经济效益。For a second-hand imports of high-pressure homogenization machine frequentrepair, the author analyzed the electric control, in the guarantee function of equipment and production safety under the Mitsubishi FX series PLC on theelectrical control part of the transformation, but also increase the necessary protective measures, not only make the equipment safe production, but also improve the the work efficiency, and achieved good economic benefit.
