摘  要:平台通过8根14#槽钢与罐体连接,台体使用5 mm钢板作为主体,底部加槽钢加固,在正对罐笼底部平衡尾绳联接装置的位置处空出相应空间,其周围用钢筋做成护栏,使检修平台不会影响到尾绳动作,上平台检修人员也不会不慎掉入该间隙。检修平台整体尺寸为4 800 cm×1 680 cm×1 800 cm,长度略小于罐笼底部长度,宽度与罐笼宽度一致,以保证平台不会与罐道发生摩擦。platform through 14 # 8 channels connected to the tank, the machine body use 5 mm steel plate as the main body, and at the bottom of the channel steel reinforcement, the balance is on the bottom of the cage of the tail rope connecting device location corresponding space, made from steel guardrail around it, make the maintenance platform will not affect the tail rope movement, the maintenance staff on the platform will not accidentally fall into the gap. Maintenance platform overall size,4 800 × 1 680 × 1 800 (cm × cm × cm), slightly less than the bottom of the cage length length, width and cage width is consistent, to ensure that the platform will not happen with guide friction.
