超纤皮革用含浸槽升降机的设计

摘　　要：针对现有超纤皮革用含浸槽在聚氨酯浆料更换、含浸槽清理中存在的问题,根据剪叉原理设计的含浸槽升降机,实现了含浸槽的升降及可移动性,克服了使用者劳动强度大、生产效率低的问题。现场试验及试运行证实该设计方案可靠,对超纤皮革及合成革生产具有实用性和推广价值。This paper discusses the alteration of micro-fiber leather in Polyurethane slurry by using Dipping Tank and the cleaning of Dipping Tank. Scissor-shaped Dipping Tank lift makes rise and fall possible, overcomes the high intensity and low efficiency of the users. The test has proved the credibility of the design, and the practicality and popularity in producing micro-fiber leather and synthetic leather.
