摘　　要：由于传统注塑机合模机构在结构、精度、能耗、效率等方面依然存在诸多问题,本文从提高精度、效率及减少能耗出发,新研发了一种新型四缸直锁内循环二板式合模机构,并就其合模机构锁模特性进行了相关研究和讨论。Due to existing problems of traditional injection molding clamping mechanism in the structure, accuracy, energy efficiency and other aspects, this paper introduces a newly developed twoplate four-cylinder direct lock inner loop clamping mechanism from improved accuracy and efficiency, and reduced energy consumption, and introduced the related research and discussion of clamping characteristics.
