鹤岗和铁力红松种子园种子形态特征的比较研究

摘　　要：对鹤岗和铁力两个红松种子园的15个无性系的种子性状进行观测与分析,结果表明:千粒重、种仁重、种皮重指标差异极显著,出仁率、种仁重/种皮重、种长、种宽、长宽比指标差异不显著。千粒重指标与种仁重、种皮重、种长、种宽,种仁重/种皮重与种长、种宽,种皮重与种长、种宽,种长与种宽均呈极显著正相关关系,出仁率指标与所观测性状均无显著相关性。与种子质量相关的指标变异系数在两个种子园中差异较大,而种子形态指标的变异系数差异较小,说明种子质量受环境因子影响较大,而种子形态受影响较小。不同无性系的种子有关性状除受环境影子影响外,还与基因型×环境的交互作用有关。Morphological characteristics of Pinus koraiensis seed in fifteen clones in seed orchards from Hegang and Teili were analyzed , the results suggested that there were extremely significant differences in thousand kernel weight , seed kernel weight and seed coat weight index , however, the differences among kernel percent , seed kernel/coat weight, length, width and length-width ratio index were not significant .Thousand kernel weight were significantly and positively correlated to seed kernel weight , coat weight , weight and length;seed kernel weight/coat weight were significantly and positively corre-lated to weight and length;seed coat weight were significantly and positively correlated to weight and length , so did width and length.Moreover, kernel percent were no significant correlation with other characteristics .Index variation coefficient correlating with seed quality appeared a large difference among the two seed orchards , and the variation coefficient of seed form index showed less differences , explaining that seed qualities were greatly influenced by environmental factors , seed form were less affected .Seed characteristics were not only affected by the environment factors , but also related to the inter-action of genotype and environment .
