摘　　要：针对通化县林地保护与利用存在的问题,将林地按照商品林、经济林、水源涵养林和保护区划分为4个功能区,根据每个功能区的经营目标不同,实行分区经营、分级保护,为林地的科学保护与利用提供了依据。Aiming at the problems of woodland protection and utilization in TongHua county , woodland was divided into four functional areas：commercial forest , economic forest , water conservation forest and protection zone .According to the different management goals of each functional area , implemented partition management and cascade protection were carred out to provide the basis for scientific protection and utilization of forest land .
