摘 要:目的通过调查了解专科护士培训和工作的现状,分析专科护士培训中存在的问题,探讨适应临床护理工作需求的专科护士培训方法,提高培训质量。方法对中日友好医院10个专科、93名专科护士进行问卷调查研究。结果专科护士培训前后发表文章数量差异无统计学意义,培训后工作职务中责任组长由19.36%上升到25.81%,科护士长由2.15%上升到6.45%。对于再培训的看法,认为需要再培训的占6.344%,希望1年内再培训的占47.31%,期望的培训方式中学术会议占62.37%。结论对于如何借鉴国外经验、专科护士培训形式、培训时间、学历要求,如何动态的监测专科护士的能力,是当前专科护理发展面临的一系列问题。Objective To understand the current training status of clinical nursing specialists(CNS),and to analyze training related issues in order to improve the quality of training. Methods A self-designed questionnaire survey was conducted among CNS from 10speciality areas in the hospital.Q-square test and t test were used for data analysis. Results A total of 93CNS aged 26-50years were surveyed,and only one male nurse was included.CNS in clinical practice fully embodied the Strong advanced nursing practice model of direct care, system support,education,research and public and professional leadership role.CNS training criteria needed to be unified and improved.The preparation for training was not sufficient,but the training time was reasonable.There was lack of retraining and no recertification,and only 6.334%of CNS agreed for the retraining proposal and almost half claimed the retraining should be held in one year,majority favored to be trained via academic meeting..There was no statistical significance of the number of academic papers published before and after the CNS training. Conclusions The training of CNS is critical for the high quality of their services in hospital,as is the retraining.Training criteria needs to be standardized and favorable training programs should be available to all CNS.
