摘　　要：目的:探索建立一套临床路径管理评价指标体系,为引导医疗卫生机构开展临床路径管理工作提供参考依据,从而不断促进临床路径管理的规范化、系统化。方法:采用文献回顾和归纳法,初步拟定评价指标体系集;应用专家咨询法和熵权法最终确立评价指标体系框架及各级指标的权重。结果:建立的基于熵权法的临床路径管理评价指标体系包括4个一级指标和22个二级指标。结论:所构建的临床路径管理指标体系具有针对性和科学性,可作为临床路径管理评价中以评促改、以评促建的工具。Objective：To establish a evaluation indicator system for assessing the management of clinical pathways, to give reference for carrying out clinical pathway in hospital so as to help clinical pathway management continuous standardization and systemization. Methods：Assessment index system was primarily designed by literature review and inductive method. Assessment index system and its weight were assured by Delphi and entropy weight coefficients. Results：The framework of the management of clinical pathways evaluation indicator system includes 4 first grade indicators and 22 second grade indicators. Conclusion：The indicator system of evaluating management of clinical pathways is helpful in comprehensively and systematically evaluating the management of clinical pathways so as to continuously optimize and regularize the clinical pathways management.
