医院院报对提升医院文化品质的探析和思考

摘　　要：院报作为医院管理和医院文化建设的重要组成部分,对于医院文化建设具有积极的意义。认为院报在宣传对象中应有目标定位,院报要以现代意识提升知识分子群体的人格精神,院报还是促进医患和谐的润滑剂。同时结合实际,提出院报编辑工作中的一些体会。As an important part of hospital management and culture, hospital newspaper has positive role on hospital culture construction. It shows that hospital newspaper should precisely target, improve medical staff’s personality spirit and promote hospital patient relationship. Combined with hospital satiations, experiences in editing hospital newspaper are also mentioned.
