试论农村警务运行中存在的问题——以贵州为个案研究

摘　　要：农村是我国社会的基本细胞,农村稳则天下安。贵州农村警务战略建设状况大势良好,取得了阶段性的成效,但仍存在诸多问题,制约了农村警务的运行效能,亟待研究解决,主要表现为"形式化"与"运动式"严重、警力不足与保障滞后顽症并存、"非警务活动"过多、民警群众工作能力与水平差强人意、警务社会化力量薄弱。Rural area,as a basic cell of society,its stability is essential for a peaceful society.Although the construction of rural policing strategy develops well and has gained some sucess,there are many existing problems needed to be solvedfor having restricted the efficiency of the policing activities in rural areas,such as the tendency of “formalization”and “campaign-style”,coexisting insufficient police strength and hysteretic guarantee,too many nonpolicing activities,police＇s unsatisfactory level for dealing with mass work and weak policing socialization.
