我国当前职务型经济犯罪及其防治方略探究

摘　　要：随着我国改革开放取得举世瞩目的伟大成就,经济领域的犯罪活动也愈来愈猖獗,出现了前所未有的大幅度增长,尤其是贪污、贿赂、挪用公款等职务型经济犯罪更是横行无忌,四处泛滥,达到了登峰造极的地步,严重地败坏了党风,腐蚀了社会风气,离间了党群关系,损害了政府的形象,给国家的容颜蒙上了一层难以洗刷的污垢。鉴于此沉疴日重,在探明其产生根源的基础上采取有效的防治方法和策略已刻不容缓。应严防公权滥用,发展经济,加强思政教育,完善廉政制度并强化法律惩治功能。While China is making remarkable achievements in reform and iopening up, criminal activities in the economic field are getting more rampant and showing a tendency of substantial increase： In particular, some widespread and unscrupulous economic crimes by taking advantage of duties such as corruption, bribery, and embezzlement have seriously undermined the Party＇s style of work, corrupted the, ethos of Ihe society, estranged the relations between the Party and the masses, lowered the repntaton of government, anti even damged the fair image of our country, Owing to the serious situation, we are faced with an urgent task to adopt effective prevention and control strategies on the basis of examining the root causes, e.g. taking strict precautions against abuse of public power, develioping economy, enhancing ideological and political education, strengthening efforts to promote clean giovernment and improve the laws＇ function in crime punishment.
