晚期妊娠合并丹毒7例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:分析晚期妊娠合并丹毒的发病因素、临床表现、诊治及母儿预后。方法:回顾性分析7例晚期妊娠合并丹毒患者的临床资料。结果:7例丹毒患者中,5例患有足癣;7例均有患肢红、肿、热、痛、边界清楚等典型临床表现,结合辅助检查均可明确诊断。5例给予青霉素治疗,2例应用头孢曲松治疗,同时7例均给予硫酸镁局部湿敷,并积极治疗合并症。产后治疗效果显著,母儿均预后良好,无明显合并症。结论:尽早确诊晚期妊娠合并丹毒,及时进行全身及局部同期治疗并适时终止妊娠,可明显改善母儿预后。Aim：To analyze the etiology , clinical manifestations , diagnosis , therapy , maternal and perinatal progno-sis of late pregnant complicated with erysipelas .Methods：The clinical data of 7 patients with late pregnancy complicated with erysipelas were collected and retrospectively analyzed .Results：Among all the patients , 5 cases had athlete＆#39;s foot;all the patients had typical clinical manifestations such as redness , swelling, heat, pain, and definite boundary , and diagnosis could be made combined with the auxiliary examination .5 cases were treated with penicillin and 2 cases, with ceftriaxone, at the same time, all accepted topical application of magnesium sulfate treatment , and complications were actively treated . The treatment effect was remarkable after delivery , mother and baby both had good prognosis .Conclusion：Early diagno-sis, systemic and local treatment at the same time , and timely termination of pregnancy , can obviously improve the mater-nal and perinatal prognosis .
