未就业随军配偶社会保险问题研究

摘　　要：未就业随军配偶的社会保险存在着险种少、标准低、接续难等问题,使未就业随军配偶的社会保险权益受到损害。分析当前未就业随军配偶社会保险存在的问题,提出随军未就业配偶社会保险问题的解决路径。Although the Soldiers Insurance Law has been enacted,there are still a lot to be improved in the social insurance system of unemployed embedded spouses,such as inadequate categories of insurance,the low premium and difficulties in continuation in local civil insurance. These problems have done harm to the rights of the soldiers as well as their families. Therefore,the social insurance system of the unemployed embedded spouses should be improved from two aspects,that is,from the system and technique. Only in this way can soldiers’ lawful rights be guaranteed.
