摘　　要：围绝经期综合征相当于中医之"绝经前后诸证",其病机总以阴阳失调为主,病位主要在肾,兼及心、肝、脾等多脏,临床表现纷繁复杂,治疗上应以"调和阴阳"为法,强调整体辨证,突出个性化治疗,抓主症,审因辨机,用药上注重寒热并用,攻补兼施,方能收获良效。In Traditional Chinese Medicine , the overall pathogenesis of perimenopausal syndrome is the imbalance of yin and yang .This syndrome mainly locates in kidney , and organs such as heart , liver and spleen .The clinical manifestations are diverse and complex .As for treatment , harmonizing yin and yang is the basic rule .Treatment based on syndrome differentiation and individualized therapy are also absolutely necessary .Only by combining cold and heat , tonification and purgation can get the best therapeutic effect .
