摘　　要：雄激素源性型脱发是皮肤科临床常见的毛发疾病,一般无明显自觉症状,很多患者因影响美观而积极求治。本文将对魏跃钢教授多年来在雄激素源性型脱发的治疗中的临床经验进行整理、归纳和总结,概括得出本病的病因病机、辨证论治,临床治疗时必须做到辨病与辨证相结合,内外结合、标本兼顾,愿为临床治疗本病提供参考价值。Androgenetic Alopecia is a common hair disease in clinical dermatology without any other self -conscious symptoms .Many pa-tients go to hospital due to their appearances concerns .Base on professor Wei Yuegang ’ s clinical experiences of treating androgenetic for many years , this article analyzes its etiology and pathogenesis , syndrome differentiation and treatment .The results indicated that disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation must be integrated into comprehensive analysis of both tip and root so as to provide reference for its clinical treatment .
