摘　　要：缓控释系统用于关节腔注射给药,可用于治疗类风湿性关节炎(Rheumatoid Arthritis,RA)和膝关节骨性关节炎(Knee Osteoarthritis,OA)等,除具有起效快,局部有效浓度高,不良反应小等优点外,还具有缓慢控制药物释放,延长药物作用时间,减少用药次数,提高药物安全性和有效性的作用。因此,药物缓控释系统在关节腔注射中具有广阔的应用前景。Sustained and controlled release system for intra-articular injection can be used to treat diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and knee osteoarthritis .It has many advantages , such as fast effect, high local effective concentration , little side effect, control the drug release slowly , prolongation of treatment , reduced frequency of administration , and improving safety and efficacy .Sustained and con-trolled release system for intra-articular injection has wide application prospect .
