摘 要:制作了2个1∶2砌体结构整体模型,其中1个采用局部外加钢筋网水泥砂浆面层加固,另1个为已有圈梁-构造柱体系砌体结构模型,进行了低周往复加载对比试验。通过对比2个模型的滞回特性、骨架曲线、延性系数、耗能能力以及刚度退化等指标的变化规律发现,采用局部外加钢筋网水泥砂浆面层法加固后的砌体结构具有良好的抗震性能与较好的延性,且该方法加固量小,附加影响少,是一种较为理想的加固方法,具有较高的推广价值。A strengthening strategy to use local ferro-cement laminate for improving seismic performance of masonry structures is adopted and justified in this paper. In order to validate the effectiveness of this technique, quasi-static cyclic model tests had been conducted in which two 1 : 2 scaled whole masonry models were constructed, including an experimental model (strengthened with local ferro-cement laminate) and a control one (with constructional column and ring beam). The experimental results showed that this technique could not only increase the integrity of the wails, but also improve the ductility and the energy dissipation capacity of the wails. Besides, this technique only requires a small amount of work and has little additional influence to the original structure. It is an effective new technique for the worldwide extensive seismic retrofitting work.
