新型屋面堵漏体系在钢结构屋面防水中的应用

摘　　要：钢结构屋面正以其独有的灵活、适用的特点在国内广泛应用。但是钢结构屋面的渗漏问题普遍存在,且一直未能得到彻底解决,直接影响房屋的使用寿命和使用安全。结合某体育馆屋面工程,介绍了一种新型屋面堵漏体系,通过采用无机富锌涂料-丁基密封胶-弹性环氧树脂胶粘剂-氟碳清漆复合体系处理钢结构屋面的渗漏问题,该系统在钢结构屋面防水堵漏方面取得了很好的应用效果。The steel roofs are widely used in china with simple and applicability characteristics. But the problem of leakage of the steel roof is ubiquity and this problem is hard to resolved, and also affects the building＇ s useful time and safety. Combined with an actual gymnasium project, a new roof leak stoppage system is proposed, the compound system is used to treat the steel roof＇ leakage with inorganic zinc coating,butyl sealer, epoxy resin adhesive and fluorocarbon coating, and a good effect is obtained.
