摘　　要：结合新加坡圣淘沙环球影视工程项目,总结了复杂结构漏水治理的一般步骤与方法,介绍了在后期维修中遇到的4种典型的漏水类型。通过对产生漏水的设计及施工方面的原因分析,提出了相应的设计建议及治理方案,实践证明这些治理措施是有效的。这些治理措施对同类工程在设计、施工及后期维修阶段有良好的借鉴作用。Combined with the Universal Studio project at Sentosa in Singapore, authors summarize the specific steps and methods to resolve leakage and illuminate 4 types of classic leakage being met in maintenance period. Base on the analysis of causes in design and construction which lead to leakage, authors also propose relevant advices in design and specific solutions which have been proved to be effective by practice in later. The treatments and suggestions mentioned in the paper will be useful for design, construction and maintenance in similar projects.
