滋肾健脾分清泌浊法治疗蛋白尿型隐匿性肾炎

摘　　要：目的探讨滋肾健脾、分清泌浊法对蛋白尿型隐匿性肾炎的治疗效果。方法选择80例蛋白尿型隐匿性肾炎患者随机分为滋肾健脾分清泌浊法(中药复方)治疗组44例和雷公藤多甙片组36例。治疗组以参芪地黄汤合萆分清丸加减煎服,1剂/d,对照组以雷公藤多甙片口服。2组均以4周为1疗程,治疗2疗程后观察疗效。结果 2组总有效率分别为86.4%和66.7%,治疗组均优于中成药对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组24 h尿蛋白定量水平都明显降低,中药复方治疗组在微观指标改善方面优于单一成药组。结论滋肾健脾、分清泌浊法能有效改善蛋白尿型隐匿性肾炎患者病情及尿蛋白排出水平。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of nourishing kidney and fenqing Mizhuo therapy in treament of proteinuria type occultnephritis. Methods 80 cases of urinary protein and occult nephritis were randomly divided into two groups.44 cases in treatment group were treated with Shenqi Dihuang Decoction and Bixie Fenqing Pill （one dose a day）. 36 cases in control group were treated with the Tripterygium wilfordii （4 weeks for one treatment course）. The curative effect after 2 courses of treatment were observed. Results After treatment, the total effective rates were 86.44% （treatment group） and 66.7% （control group）. The total effective rate of the treatment group is better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. 24 hour urinary protein quantitative level of two groups were significantly decreased, amd the micro index improvement in the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion The nourishing kidney and spleen and Fenqing Mizhuo therapy can effectively improve the protein excretion levels in patients with occult nephritis.
