穴位敷贴疗法治疗冠心病心绞痛76例

摘　　要：目的观察穴位敷贴疗法治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选取符合诊断标准的患者76例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用穴位敷贴疗法,对照组采用口服单硝酸异山梨醋疗法。观察2组患者的临床疗效、中医症候积分和心绞痛发作情况。结果 2组患者治疗后的各项指标均优于治疗前(P<0.01,P<0.05);治疗组临床疗效均优于对照组;治疗组患者治疗后的中医症状积分和心绞痛发作情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位敷贴疗法治疗冠心病心绞痛具有良好临床疗效,并以其安全、方便、高效、便宜等特点。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of acupoints application on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods 76 cases of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease diagnosed in clinic were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given acupoints application therapy. The control group was given oral isosorbide mononitrate therapy. The clinical effects, symptoms integral and the aspect of the improvement of angina pectoris after treatment of both groups were observed. Results Each index of two groups after treatment was better than before（ P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05） ; the clinical effect of treatment group was better than that of control group; the symptoms integral and the aspect of the improvement of angina pectoris of treatment group were better than those of control group（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Acupoints application has a good curative effect on angina pectoris. With safe, convenient, efficient and cheap features, it is worth popularizing in clinical application.
