调任通督针刺法配合穴位埋线治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症

摘　　要：目的观察调任通督针刺法配合穴位埋线治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕症的临床疗效。方法 60例PCOS不孕症患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用调任通督针刺法配合穴位埋线促排卵,对照组用克罗米芬促排卵。结果治疗组排卵率为54.16%和对照组排卵率62.68%相比较,差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组妊娠率为46.66%,略高于对照组的40%,但经卡方检验,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗后FSH、LH、LH/FSH、T水平下降较对照组明显,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。治疗过程中治疗组的最大子宫内膜厚度和宫颈黏液评分优于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论调任通督针刺法配合穴位埋线促排卵疗效确切,可显著提高多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者的排卵率和受孕率,可显著调节卵巢综合征不孕患者的内分泌。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of regulating Ren Du acupuncture therapy combined with catgut implantation at acupoint on infertility women with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods 60 infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients in the observation group were given regulating Ren Du acupuncture therapy combined with catgut implantation at acupoint to stimulate ovulation. Patients in the control group were given clomipbene orally to stimulate ovulation. Results The ovulation rates were 54.16% in the obser- vation group and 62.68 % in the control group. There was insignificant difference in these two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The pregnancy rate was 46.66 % in the observation group, which was slightly higher than that in the control group （40 % ）. There was insignificant difference in these two groups according to chi-square statistics （P 〉 0.05）. After treatment, FSH, LH, LH/FSH,T in the observation group were decreased obviously than those in the control group, and there was significant dif- ference in those two groups （ P 〈 0.01）. The maximum thickness of the endometrium and cervical mucus score in the obser- vation group were better than those in the control group, and there was significant difference in those two groups （ P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion Regulating Ren Du acupuncture therapy combined with catgut implantation at acupoint can significantly improve the ovulation rates and pregnancy rates of infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, besides, it can adjust the incretion of infertility patients with ovary syndrome.
