氨曲南治疗男性急性淋菌性尿道炎的效果分析

摘　　要：目的氨曲南在男性急性淋菌性尿道炎治疗中的作用。方法选择武宁县人民医院2011年1月～2012年12月收治的100例男性急性淋菌性尿道炎患者为观察对象，利用随机数字表法随机将其分为对照组和试验组，对照组50例患者，静脉滴注头孢曲松钠30g，1次／d；试验组50例患者，静脉滴注氨曲南1．0g，2次／d。2组连续用药治疗3d，治疗后14d评价治疗效果。结果试验组治愈为96，o％，对照组治愈率为80．0％，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论男性急性淋菌性尿道炎患者接受氨曲南治疗，临床疗效满意，且治疗过程中和治疗后不良反应症状的发生率较低。Objective To analyze the effect of aztreonam treating male acute gonococcal urethritis. Methods Choice wuning county people＇s hospital from January 2011 to December 2012, 100 cases of male patients with acute urethritis of sex of gonococcus of observation object, using the method of random Numbers table it randomly divided into control group and experimental group and control group of 50 cases, intravenous drip 3.0 g ceftriaxone sodium, 1 times a day; Group of 50 cases, intravenous drip ammonia QuNa 1.0 g, 2 times a day. Two groups of drug treatment for 3 consecutive days, 14 days after treatment to evaluate the efficacy of treatment. Results Cure trial group was 96.0%, the control group cure rate was 80.0%, there are differences between the comparison between groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical research results indicate that aztreonam treating male acute gonococcal urethritis has satisfactory clinical efficacy, and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the process of treatment and after treatment is low.
