摘  要:目的探讨临床中呼吸道感染病原体九联检与痰培养联合检测的应用价值。方法选取广东省普宁市人民医院2013年1月~2013年10月诊断为肺炎的172例患者为研究对象,对其痰标本进行呼吸道感染病原体九联检与痰培养两种检测的方法进行联合检测,分析两种方法的肺炎病原菌检测情况。结果痰培养法分离出其中152例肺炎患者痰标本160株病原菌,以革兰阴性杆菌为主,主要有5种主要病原菌,分别为肺炎克雷伯菌、鲍曼不动杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌以及金黄色葡萄球菌与真菌,构成比分别为25.0%、25.8%、22.5%、10.6%、8.1%;另40例未检测出致病病原菌的肺炎患者血清标本,对其进行九联检法检测,共检测9种病原菌,主要表现为肺炎支原体、嗜肺军团菌1型、肺炎衣原体、Q热立克次体、呼吸道合胞病毒、腺病毒、流感病毒甲型、流感病毒乙型、副流感病毒1、2、5型,构成比分别为20.0%、12.5%、12.5%、5.0%、5.0%、5.0%、12.5%、10.0%、17.5%。结论临床中对于肺炎患者采取呼吸道感染病原体九联检与痰培养联合检测能够有效地提高诊断效果,能够全面地对感染病原菌进行分析,敏感度高,对一些不是细菌引起的肺炎避免使用抗生素,给予患者合理的治疗,同时,呼吸道感染病原体九联检查法的操作曲。比较简单、适合在基层医院推广应用.Objective To investigate the clinical respiratory tract infection pathogens nine JIU value combined with sputum culture testing. Methods The hospital from January 2013 to October 2013 diagnosis of pneumonia in 172 patients for the study, their sputum samples were upper respiratory tract infection pathogens nine JIU two detection methods and sputum culture for joint detection, analysis of two pneumonia pathogen detection methods circumstances. Results Sputum culture in which t32 cases of patients with pneumonia of isolated sputum 160 pathogens, Gram- negative bacilli, there are five major pathogens were Klebsiella pneumonia, Acinetobacter Baumann, Pseudomonas aerations and Staphylococcus aurous bacteria and fungi, proportions were 25.0%, 23.8%, 22.5%, 10.6%, 8.1% ; another 40 cases are not detected in serum samples from patients with pneumonia causative pathogen, its nine JIU assay were detected in nine kinds of pathogens, mainly as Mycoplasma pneumonia, Legion Ella pneumophila type 1, Chlamydia pneumonia, Q fever Rickets, respiratory syncytial virus, adenovirus, influenza virus influenza A, influenza B virus, Para influenza 1, 2, 3 virus type proportions were 20.0%, 12.5%, 12.5%, 5.0%, 5.0%, 5.0%, 12.5%, 10.0%, 17.5 %. Conclusion For patients with clinical pneumonia taken nine respiratory pathogens and sputum culture JIU joint detection can effectively improve the diagnostic results, pathogen infection can be fully analyzed, high sensitivity, some are not against pneumonia caused by bacteria avoid the use of antibiotics, given reasonable treatment of patients, while operating nine respiratory pathogens associated inspection method is relatively simple, 'suitable for promotion on the basis of hospital applications.
