人文关怀及心理护理在核磁共振检查中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析人文关怀及心理护理在核磁共振（MRJ）检查中的积极作用。方法选取2012年6月～2013年1月在东莞市太平人民医院接受MPJ检查的患者245例。对照组120例，给予常规护理；观察组125例，在此基础上辅以人文关怀及心理护理。对比2组SAg与SD9评分与护理效果。结果观察组SAS与SDS评分均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；2组护理总有效率分别为96.80％、89．17％，观察组显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在M刚检查中加强对患者的人文关怀与心理护理，可有效缓解患者负性情绪与提升护理效果，为MRJ检查顺利完成提供了可靠保证。Objective To analyze the active role of humanistic and psychological care in magnetic resonance imaging（MRI） examination. Methods 245 patients of our hospital who need MRI scan were divided into two groups based on the difference of nursing ways. The control group including 120 cases received conventional nursing. Beside the conventional nursing, the observation group received humanistic and psychological care. Compare the nursing effect and scores of SAS and SDS. Results The scores of SAS and SAS were much lower in the observation group, and the differences were significant （P〈0.05）. Two groups＂ whole effective rates of nursing were 96.8% and 89.17%. The observation group was obviously optimum （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Strengthening humanistic and psychological care for patients in MRI examination can effectively reduce their negative emotion and promote the nursing effect, which provide a reliable guarantee for accomplish of the scan.
