微创锁定钢板内固定治疗肱骨干骨折的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨微创钢板内固定方法治疗肱骨干骨折的疗效和预后。方法选取2009年1月～2011年8月湖南省安化县人民医院骨科收治的肱骨干骨折患者21例，采用闭合复位微创锁定钢板内固定手术，进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者骨折均解剖复位，骨折一期愈合，肩、肘关节功能恢复良好，无桡神经损伤等并发症发生。手术时间50～60min。结论微创锁定钢板内固定手术治疗肱骨干骨折是一种创伤小、出血少、术后恢复快、并发症少的方法。Objective To discuss the curative effect and prognosis of minimally invasive plate internal fixation for the treatment of humeral shaft fracture. Methods From Jan.2009 to Aug. 2011, 21 patients with shaft fracture were treated with closed reset minimally invasive locking plate internal fixation operation in the people＇s hospital of Anhua city. Results All patients fracture end all anatomy reset, fracture primary healing, shoulder, elbow joint function restore good, no radial nerve damage, and other complications. Operation time was 30-60 minutes. Conclusion Minimally invasive surgical treatment of locking plate internal fixation humeral fracture is a kind of small trauma, less bleeding and postoperative quick recovery, fewer complications method.
