摘 要:通过对U3—500H型轧钢机轧制过程进行分析,根据H型钢生产工艺参数,采用西姆斯公式和多元回归的方法,建立了其H型钢轧钢机轧制力数学模型,并编写matlab程序计算数学模型的回归系数,通过求解实例分别计算了3种规格的H型钢立辊和水平辊回归模型的系数。针对水平辊轧制力模型在实际应用中的局限性,采用ADAMS对水平辊轧制力进行虚拟仿真计算分析。结果表明:H型轧钢机不仅在竖直方向受到巨大的峰值载荷作用,同时在水平方向也受到极大的载荷作用,在重载条件下轧辊微小的裂纹极易迅速扩展,这点应特别注意;虚拟仿真的轧制力与实测值误差为3%~6%。A mathematical model was established for H-beam's rolling force based on the analysis on rolling process of U3-500H, the production technics parameters on H-beam and using the method of Simms and multiple regression formulas. Meanwhile, a mathematical model was compiled using the Matlab software to calculate the regression co- efficient. And three kinds of specifications of the H-beam coefficient regression were obtained. As for the limitations of the horizontal roller rolling force model in the practical application, virtual simulation and calculation analysis on horizontal rolling force was carried out using ADAMS. The results also show that H-type rolling mill not only hears a huge peak loads in the vertical direction, but also bears greatly loads in the horizontal direction. It is more important that tiny cracks of the roller will easily and rapidly expand under the heavy conditions. And the tolerance of rolling force on virtual simulation and actual measurement is between 3 % to 6 %.
