摘 要:介绍一种用离散变量模拟退火算法对摆动活齿传动进行尺度优化综合的新方法。方法以固齿中心轮齿根圆柱的体积、活齿齿面的滑动率和中心轮齿面的滑动率在整个工作范围内各点数值的平方和最小为目标,将活齿柱销分布圆半径、偏心圆激波器或摆动活齿偏心轮的偏心距、活齿偏心轮外半径、活齿偏心轮工作宽度和活齿圆柱销半径作为只能取标准值或系列值的离散变量,设计了状态更新函数,并用模拟退火算法寻求全局最优解。利用介绍的方法及相应的计算机程序,可以方便快捷地获得既符合国家和机械工业标准,又可以满足预定技术要求的一组尺度参数,无需任何后续处理即可直接用于工程实际。用该方法设计的摆动活齿传动具有结构紧凑、滑动率低和在整个工作范围内变化不大等显著特点。A new method of optimum synthesis for swing movable teeth transmission using discrete variables simulated annealing algorithm is introduced. This method takes minimum the root cylinder volumes of center wheel, sum of squares of sliding rate on the tooth face of center wheel and movable tooth gear as objectives, regard distributed circle radius of movable teeth gear plugs, eccentricity of shock generator and movable tooth, radius and widths of movable tooth gear, and plugs radius of movable teeth gear all as discrete variables can only take the standard values or series values. The neighborhood functions are designed, and global optimums are found using the simulated annealing algorithm. Using this method and its program, a series of physical dimensions can be obtained easily and quickly. These dimensions are up to the national and engineering industry standard as well as can satisfy fixed technical requirement. Therefore it can be used in engineering design without any post- treatment. The swing movable teeth transmission designed using this method is featured by compact construction, low sliding rate and little change in the whole operating range.
