心内科患者医院感染的危险因素分析及预防措施

摘　　要：目的对心内科患者医院感染的发生及相关危险因素进行分析，并据此提出相应的预防措施。方法调查心内科自2011年8月-2012年8月出院患者病历1262份，统计医院感染发生例数，对其进行回顾性分析。结果1262例心内科患者中发生医院感染89例，感染率为7．1％；其中下呼吸道感染最多，占34．8％，其次依次为泌尿道、上呼吸道、消化道感染，分别占24．7％、14．6％和12．4％；年龄70-89岁发生医院感染占70．7％，住院〈10d医院感染发生率最低，为1．9％，住院20～19d感染发生率最高，为11．5％。结论应该加强心内科医护人员的预防感染意识，合理使用抗菌药物、养成良好的无菌操作意识和患者积极配合是预防心内科患者医院感染的有力措施。OBJECTIVE To analyze the occurrence of nosocomial infections in patients of cardiology department and associated risk factors and put forward, corresponding preventive measures. METHODS The 1262 medical records. of discharged patients in Department of Cardiology from Aug. 2011 to Aug. 2012 were investigated to count up the cases of nosocomial infection and make a retrospective analysis. RESULTS Among 1262 patients investigated, 89 cases developed nosocomial infections, and the infection rate was 7.1%, most of which was lower respiratory infection, accounting for 34.8%, followed by urinary tract infection （24. 7%）, upper respiratory tract infection （14.6%） and gastrointestinal infections （12.4%）. The infection rate was 70.7% in patient of 70--89 years old. The lowest rate was 1. 9% in patients with hospital duration ~ 10 days, while the highest was 11. 5% with hospital duration of 20 -- 19 days. CONCLUSIONS The medical workers should strengthen their awareness of infection prevention and rational use of antibiotics to develop a good concept of sterile operation and active cooperation with the patients, which will be the strong measures to prevent nosocomial infections.
