感染性糖尿病足封闭负压吸引的应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析封闭负压吸引(VSD)在治疗感染性糖尿病足的临床应用效果,总结护理措施,更好地指导临床治疗。方法选取2011年3月-2013年3月接受治疗的感染性糖尿病足患者30例,给予VSD治疗,作为观察组;同时选取经常规换药治疗感染性糖尿病足患者30例,作为对照组,比较两组患者的临床效果,所得结果采用SPSS17.0统计软件进行处理。结果观察组患者痊愈27例、显效3例,总有效率100.0%;对照组患者11例痊愈、14例显效、5例无效,总有效率83.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论封闭负压吸引治疗感染性糖尿病足临床效果肯定,可有效促进创面愈合,积极有效的护理干预是保证感染性糖尿病足治疗成功的重要环节。OBJECTIVE To analyze the clinical application effect of VSD in curing DF, and summarize the nursing measures to guide clinical treatments. METHODS Selected 30 infectious DF patients who were treated during Mar 2011 to Mar 2013 as the observation group, and gave VSD medical care for them; at the same time, selected 30 infectious DF patients treated by conventional therapy as the control group, then compared the clinical effects of the two groups~ the results were compared with SPSS 17. 0 software. RESULTS In the observation group, 27 cases were cured, 3 cases＇ conditions were markedly improved, and the total effective rate was 10.0 % while in the observation group, 11 cases were cured, 14 casesr conditions took a turn for the better, 5 cases＇ condition had no indications of improvement, and the total effective rate was 83.3%. The difference between two groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSIONS VSD technology has a definite clinical effect on infectious DF, and it can effectively heal wounds; timely nursing intervention is an important step to ensure a successful treatment for infectious DF.
