摘 要:目的探讨医院室内有人条件下持续空气消毒、改善医疗环境空气的新方法,降低环境空气因素所引起的医院感染。方法采用光催化氧化空气消毒器消毒,对医疗环境空气进行临床条件下消毒效果分析。结果模拟试验中,试验用空气消毒器运行30min,对气雾室空气中白色葡萄球菌的杀灭率为99.96%,一次通过平均除菌率为95.72%;现场试验中,消毒器运行60min,对医院Ⅱ类环境和Ⅲ类环境的空气中自然菌清除率为分别为94.24%和93.70%,空气中残存微生物均明显低于GB15982-1995规定;在对正常进行医护活动的产科病房室内,比较未运行和运行空气消毒器,空气中细菌菌落数24h均值差异有统计学意义(t=4.509,P<0.01)。结论采用光催化氧化空气消毒器对医疗环境空气进行消毒具有较好的效果,具备推广应用前景。OBJECTIVE To study a new method of continuous indoor air disinfection in hospital in occupied condition and improvement of medical air environment, so as to reduce the infection caused by air correlation factors in hospital. METHODS Medical air disinfection effect was observed under clinical conditions by using photocatalysis air disinfector RESULTS In simulation test, a kill ratio of 99.96% of Staphlococcus albus in air of the aerosol chamber was obtained by using the operation of photocatalysis air disinfector for 30 rain, and the one time pass average sterilization rate was 95.72%. The extinction rate of natural bacteria in class-II environmental and class-Ill environmental of hospital were 94.24 % and 93.70% respectively after the operation of the instrument for 60 min in field test which were lower than prescriptive date about remaining microorganism in the air in GB15982-1995. The 24 h mean of air bacterium number in maternity ward room undergoing of medical activities with air disinfector used was significantly different from that of the room where no air disinfector used (t= 4. 509, P〈0.01). CONCLUSION The use of photocatalysis air disinfector is good for improving the medical air condition in hospital and has good prospect.
