摘　　要：科技是文化发展的基础,文化发展离不开科技。科技的每一次创新革命都会带来文化的大发展大繁荣。在当今世界全球化、网络化、信息化的背景下,现代科技发展在文化生产、文化传播、文化消费、文化保存、文化监管等多方面推进了文化繁荣。文化建设要坚持以现代科技为手段,加大文化与科技的融合力度,这是促进文化发展繁荣的基本保障。Science and technology is the base of cultural development, and culture cannot develop without science and technology. Every revolution of science and technology brought cultural development and prosperity. On the backgrounds of globalization, networking and informatization in today＇s world, the development of modem science and technology can promote cultural prosperity in cultural production, cultural communication, cultural consumption, cultural preservation, cultural supervision etc. Cultural construction should adhere to use modem science and technology as a means, and integrate culture with science, which is the basic guarantee to promote cultural prosperity.
