摘 要:为了满足直喷汽油机高压喷油器电磁阀的响应特性,针对驱动电路时间响应快和控制精度高的要求,本文设计开发了包括升压电路和脉冲宽度调制(pulse width modulation,PWM)调制驱动电路的喷油器高、低电压分时驱动模块。利用BOOST升压电路获得喷油器快速开启时的90V驱动电压,并基于Multisim仿真软件结合发动机运行工况对升压电路中各参数进行优化,提高其时间响应性;PWM调制驱动电路利用外围硬件电路实现高低电压之间的切换和驱动电流保持阶段的PWM控制。试验结果表明:升压电路可在20ms内使电压上升到90V,输出电压波动在10%以内,电压恢复时间为1.5ms;驱动电路能够实现Peak&Hold驱动电流波形,驱动电流可在200μs内从0A提升到峰值电流16A,满足直喷汽油机喷油器驱动模块的严格要求。To meet the response characteristics of high pressure injector solenoid valve in gasoline direct injection (GDI) engine,the high-low voltage time-sharing driving module,consisting of boost converter circuit and PWM-modulation driving circuit,was developed. The 90 V driving voltage needed for rapid opening the injector was produced by BOOST converter circuit. Based on Multisim software and combined with engine operating conditions, parameters of the BOOST converter circuit were optimized to improve the response rate. In PWM-modulation driving circuit, two driving voltage sources were adopted in different driving stages, and the solenoid holding current was controlled by peripheral hardware circuit. Results show that the boost converter circuit can get 90 V within 20 ms, and its maximum fluctuating is less than 10 % with renewing-time 1.5 ms. The circuit can get required Peak & Hold driving currents and rise from 0 A to peak value 16 A within 200μs,meeting the strict requirements of injector driving module in GDI engine.
