摘 要:为探索蒸汽养护对采用水泥-硅灰-矿渣粉复合胶凝材料的C80高强混凝土渗透性的影响规律,研究了不同养护条件下(蒸汽养护和标准养护)C80高强混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能(6h电通量和氯离子迁移系数),并分析了不同蒸汽养护恒温静停时间对复合胶凝材料水化程度的影响。结果表明,蒸汽养护能有效提高预应力离心桩用C80高强混凝土早期强度;标准养护下的预应力离心桩用C80高强混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能要优于蒸汽养护,且矿物掺合料的合理复掺可明显改善其氯离子抗渗透性能;电通量和扩散系数之间均存在一定的线性相关性,标养和80℃蒸养4h的要优于80℃蒸养3h和5h,80℃蒸养5h的最差。To explore the influence of steam curing on the permeability of C80 high-strength concrete, the chloride permeability resistance(6 h charge passed and chloride ions diffusion coefficient) of C80 high-strength concrete under different curing conditions(steam-curing and standard curing) were studied, and the effects of different steam-curing thermostatic rest periods on the hydration degree of compound cementitious materials were also researched. The experimental results show that steam-curing is propitious to increase the strength of concrete in early age(28 d). The chloride permeability resistance concrete under the standard curing is superior to the steam-curing, and the reasonable doping of mineral admixtures can obviously improve the chloride permeability resistance. There exists a certain linear correlation of electric flux and diffusion coefficient, which the standard curing and 80℃ steam-curing 4 h is superior to those of the 80 ℃ steam-curing 3 h and 5 h, and that of the worst curing system is 80 ℃ steam-curing 5 h.
