摘 要:为探索螯合剂和商陆联合修复重金属Cd、Cu污染土壤,通过田间试验,研究了3种螯合剂(EDTA-Na2、柠檬酸、酒石酸)对商陆生长与吸收土壤中Cd、Cu的影响,以及对土壤中Cd、Cu形态的影响。结果表明,3种螯合剂均能促进商陆的生长,其促进效果为柠檬酸>EDTA-Na2>酒石酸;3种螯合剂中,柠檬酸对商陆地上部吸收Cd的促进效果最好,提高幅度为66.19%,而EDTA-Na2对商陆地上部吸收Cu的促进效果最好,提高了66.67%。由商陆对Cd、Cu的富集系数和转运系数可知,商陆能有效去除土壤中的Cd,而对Cu的修复效果不佳;3种螯合剂均能促进Cd、Cu由可还原态向酸溶态转化,提高了重金属的生物有效性,其提高效果为柠檬酸>EDTA-Na2>酒石酸。因此,商陆可作为重金属Cd污染土壤的修复植物,而柠檬酸则能最有效地促进商陆对Cd的吸收。To explore remediation methods of chelator-enhanced Phytolacca acinosa to Cd and Cu contaminated soils through field experiment, the impact of three chelators (EDTA-Na2, citric acid, tartaric acid) on the growth of Phytolacca acinosa, and on the absorption of Cd and Cu, and the morphology proportion of Cd, Cu in soil were studied. The results indicated that three chelators promoted the growth of Phytolacca acinosa. And the order of effect is citric acid; EDTA-Na2;tartaric acid. Among of three chelators, citric acid shows the best effect of absorbing Cd in the shoots, which increases by 66.19%. While EDTA-Na2 shows the best effect of absorbing Cu, which increases by 66.19%. The enrichment factor and transfer factor show that Phytolacca acinosa can remove Cd in soil effectively and the remediation effect of Cu is not well. Chelators could promote the transition of Cd, Cu from reducible form to acid-soluble. It can improve the bioavailability of heavy metals, and the effect is citric acid〉 EDTA-Na2; tartaric acid. In summary, Phytolacca acinosa can be used to remediate Cd contaminated soil , and citric acid is most effective in promoting the absorption of Cd.
