摘　　要：总结江苏科技咨询业"十一五"期间发展呈现出的多种多样的特点,采用层次分析与多元回归相结合的统计方法分析影响江苏科技咨询业发展的制约因素,并根据江苏实际发展情况提出今后发展的对策及措施。The paper summarized the characteristics of diversification of Jiangsu science and technology consulting industry development during ＂Eleven Five＂ period by combining statistical methods of hierarchy analysis and regression analysis, drew the factors constraining the development of Jiangsu science and technology consulting industry, and then according to the actual situation of jiangsu, proposed the countermeasure aiming for the future development.
