摘　　要：科技中介机构作为科技服务业的重要组成部分,在区域创新体系建设中发挥着关键作用。当前浙江省科技中介机构较弱的服务能力和水平还不能满足区域创新体系建设的需求。在对浙江省科技中介机构服务创新制约因素分析的基础上,从服务创新组织、服务创新过程、服务创新模式以及政策环境角度提出相应对策和建议,以推进浙江区域创新体系的建设,实现浙江创新型省份的建立。As an important part of science and technology service industry, science and technology intermediary organizations play a key role in the construction of regional innovation system. The weak service ability and level of science and technology intermediary organizations in Zhejiang still can not meet the needs of the construction of regional innovation system. Based on the analysis of the restricted factors of science and technology intermediary organizations service innovation in Zhejiang province, we put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of service innovation organization, service innovation process, service innovation patterns and the policy environment in order to promote the construction of regional innovation system in Zhejiang and achieve the establishment of the innovative province.
