摘　　要：近年来,动漫产业作为新兴产业成为各国的支柱产业,在推动产业结构升级、加快转变经济发展方式方面发挥着日益重要的作用。文章阐述动漫全产业链的概念和发展动因,针对国内动漫产业链存在的问题与不足,围绕动漫产业结构与盈利模式提出动漫全产业链的一体化发展战略,以满足国内动漫企业可持续发展的需要。In recent years, animation industry as a new industry develops rapidly to be the cornerstone industry in the world. It plays an important role in the upgrading of industrial structure and the transformation of economic growth pattern. After discussing the concept and developing motivation of the whole industry chain of animation, the integrated development strategies of whole industry chain of animation centralized on the industry structure and profit model are proposed based on the lack of domestic animation industry chain, in order to cater for the needs of sustainable development of domestic anima- tion companies.
