摘　　要：当今,能源问题和全球变暖问题引起了全球的广泛关注。从城市低碳发展的视角阐述提升公众低碳意识的重要性,分析科学技术普及的新趋势,以国内首次"和谐能源之旅"的创新实践为例,提出低碳城市视域下能源科普的新范式。Today, the problem of energy and global warming has attracted the attention from the public around the world. This article, taking exhibition of the journey of harmonious energy as a case study, analyses the new trend of the modern of popularization of science and technology and the importance of improving the public＇s awareness of low carbon, and suggests the new paradigm of the popularization of science and technology on energy from the perspective of low - carbon City.
