摘　　要：研究设计了一种具有适应物料范围广、成型燃料直径易变化、生产效率高、能耗低等特点的生物质燃料平模成型设备.为了实现生物质成型系统规模化运行,降低能耗,提高产率,对生物质成型设备进行了合理配置和整合,实现了一体化运行.根据进料量、粉碎量、供热量、出料量、物料含水率等条件变化,对生物质成型设备进行自动化设计,实现了生物质成型燃料系统自动连续稳定生产,提高了设备的集成化水平,减少了人工操作.另外,生物质原料干燥过程采用生物质热风炉提供热源,不消耗传统能源.生物质平模成型燃料设备及其规模化运行研究为生物质资源的能源化利用提供较为合理的途径.A biomass flat-die briquetting fuel equipment, with broad range feedstock, variable briquetting diameter and length, high briquetting yield and efficiency, easy process control, low processing noise and low energy consumption, has been researched and designed. In order to make the biomass briquetting fuel system run with large scale operations, reduce energy consumption, enhance yield, and lower product costs, two aspects works have been done. On the one hand, biomass briquetting fuel system equipments are matched and combined rationally, and integration operation is achieved; on the other hand, the system automatically adjusts the running conditions of the overall system according to the feeding rate, chopping rate, heat supplying, output and feedstock moisture content, realizing the system running steadily and continuously, and integration operation is achieved. In addition, biomass hot blast furnace is used in drying machine with burning biomass material but not fossil fuels. The research of biomass briquetting technology can support the large scale production of densified solid biofuels by using biomass resource.
