图书馆学术电子书采购诉求与出版商利益的矛盾与平衡

摘　　要：与传统资源及电子期刊的馆藏建设相比,学术电子书的馆藏建设发展缓慢,其主要原因是出版商对学术电子书的销售限制和使用限制与图书馆采购诉求之间存在矛盾。解决这一矛盾并达到双方的利益平衡,需要图书馆与出版商共同努力,寻求有效的合作模式,既可以保障图书馆采选、使用与保存电子书的权利又可以保障出版商的商业利益。参考文献23。Different from the col!ection development of print books and e-journals, the collection development of academic e-books in libraries goes slowly, mainly because there exist contradictions between libraries＇ pur- chase demand and publishers＇ limits on selling and using academic e-books. To solve the problem to achieve a balance between the benefits of both parties, it is necessary for libraries and publishers to work together to seek an efficient way for collaborating in protecting the right of libraries to select, use and keep e-books, and secu- ring the commercial interest of publishers.
