农作物秸秆石油醚提取物中天然产物的研究

摘  要:以3种农作物秸秆为研究对象,以石油醚为溶剂,微波辐射下提取秸秆表层的化合物,用GC/MS分析产物的组成。结果表明,在本实验条件下,玉米芯的石油醚萃取物含量最高;秸秆的石油醚萃取物中主要含有正构烷烃、脂肪酸和甾族化合物,还有少量的VE和角鲨烯,其中后3种为附加值极高的化学品;来自同一原料的玉米芯与玉米皮的石油醚萃取物组成差别较大,玉米芯石油醚提取物组成简单且甾族化合物含量最高,达70%以上。在秸秆高效利用前,先进行石油醚萃取,根据组成提取其中的重要天然产物,对于秸秆的高效利用有重要的环保和经济效益。Microwave-assisted extractions from three crop stalks with petroleum ether were researched and the extractions were determined by GC/MS analysis. The results show that the yield of extraction obtained from corn core reached the highest level. The petroleum ether-extractions were mainly composed of normal alkanes and sterols, together with a little vitamin E and squalene, which are all full of medical value. The components of extractions obtained in corn core vary from that in corn skin. The compounds of extractions from corn core show a simple distribution, and the yield of sterols reaches 70 %, which is the highest. Extracting important compounds with petroleum ether from stalks , before utilizing the stalks more efficiently , will bring a large of economic and environmental benefits.
