摘　　要：通过提取后添加法定量分析了13种氨基甲酸酯类农药在高效液相色谱-串联质谱检测中的基质效应。得到13种氨基甲酸酯类农药在不同浓度的基质中基质效应因子,对基质效应受到化合物性质、基质种类、基质浓度等因素的影响进行了评价。Quantitative analysis the matrix effects of 13 carbamate pesticides using high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry by post-extraction spiking method. The matrix effect factors of 13 carbamate pesticides were found from different concentrations of different samples. It was found that compound charactors, sample types and concentration had affected the matrix effects.
