摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定牛奶及奶粉中玉米赤霉醇及其类似物。采用乙腈提取,正己烷去脂,MAX柱净化,1%甲酸乙腈溶液洗脱,质谱电喷雾电离源、多反应监测模式检测,外标法定量。该方法检测限0.2μg/kg^0.5μg/kg,线性范围0.5μg/kg^100μg/kg,在1μg/kg^4μg/kg范围内添加,回收率在66.6%~123.0%,相对标准偏差小于11.1%。本方法可以有效实现对牛奶和奶粉中玉米赤霉醇及其类似物的检测。The method for the determination of zeranols residues in milk and milk powder by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrocopy （ HPLC-MS/MS ） had been developed . Sample had been extracted by acetonitrile and degreased by hexane. The extract had been purified through MAX cartridge and eluted by 1%formic acid acetonitrile solution. The analysis had been carried on HPLC-MS/MS by electrospay ionization using multiple reaction monitoring. The detection limits were from 0.2μg/kg to 0.5μg/kg, the linear ranges were from 0.5μg/kg to 100μg/kg, the recovery rates were from 66.6%to 123.0%, the RSD were less than 11.1%. The method was suitable for the determination of zeranols residues in milk and milk powder.
