摘　　要：在学分制管理模式下,教学计划的制定、调整和执行等环节,在实际管理过程中会出现一些矛盾,因此制定"刚柔相济"的学分制教学计划,通过柔性教学计划管理的重要手段,完善高职院校的学分制。加强教学计划的动态管理,可探索出符合学分制要求的教学计划管理模式。In the management pattern of a credit system, some problems may occur in such processes as designing, changing and implementing teaching plans. So it is necessary to draw up teaching plans on the basis of a credit system with ＂hard and soft aids＂. The soft teaching plan management is an important way to improve the credit system in vocational colleges. To strengthen the dynamic management of teaching plans, it is expected to explore a proper management mode of teaching plans, so as to satisfy the needs of credit system.
